what’s new?

Hmm… so it’s 2009. Pretty unbelievable. 2008 went by in a flash! So many things happened in 2008.

For one, I got a fresh new start in Jakarta. Got a job I love, fell in love with my kids and loving being loved back. Started running my own business with no clue whatsoever how to, so definitely learning by doing. Got another fun job! I get to be around musicians :P Got my heart back and more - an awesome loving boyfriend who’s helped me understand what it’s like to be loved so.. unconditionally? And definitely loving being in a really fun, easy and crazy relationship!

Then towards the end of the year, a couple not so good things happened.. My dad getting in a car accident and my mum being diagnosed with breast cancer.. But everything turned out well :)

So all in all it’s been a heck of a year with so much to learn, a lot of hard times to go through but I’ve learned one thing - I’m a survivor ;)
