every cloud has a silver lining.. no?
Well after the scare from the accident has passed, another huge shock came today.. My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s only in the early stages and the doctor said it’s totally curable.. She needs a surgery and 5 weeks of radiotherapy and she will be good to go. I am scared shitless and my whole big family is stressed out.
The funny thing is that there were no symptoms or anything, and my mum was just doing a check up… This was the first time she ever did a mammogram, and the result? It’s really lucky that it was caught in the early stages though.
I’m just hoping she will be okay.. I don’t think my heart can take any more..
